All of our boats have a three man experienced crew, including a captain and two mates. You will find our crews both experts at their trade and eager to show you the fishing trip of a lifetime.

On a typical day, in between raising an average of 15 to 10 Pacific sailfish a day, you will be treated to a morning snack, a hot lunch, and an afternoon snack. Of course, free beer and sodas are included. Snacks usually consist of locally grown pineapple, melons and other fruit. Some boats serve fresh ceviche, sushi or smoked fish spread. Lunch normally consists of cheeseburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches or grilled fresh Dorado or Tuna, that you just caught! You will be amazed at the food served on the boat!

After a full day of fishing (and eating), you will relax at the Resort’s beautiful pool, while our gourmet chef prepares you an incredible evening meal. We offer great steaks on our signature Argentinean grill, as well as many fresh seafood and pasta specials.
